SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic shipping (Australia)
- Standard shipping: $10.00 — estimated 5–7 business days
- Express shipping: $14.95 — estimated 1–3 business days

International shipping
We don't currently offer international shipping, but we're working on it. If you're based outside Australia and want to be notified when this changes, email hello@harmona.com.au.

Tracking
All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be sent in your shipping confirmation email.

Delays
Once your order leaves us, delivery times are in the hands of the carrier. We'll always do our best to help if something goes wrong — email us at hello@harmona.com.au.

Lost or missing orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
